China Zhongqi Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") received a resignation from non-independent director Mr. Wang Bing, who stepped down from his position as General Manager of the Company's ninth board of directors due to work reasons. After resigning, Mr. Wang will continue to serve as a director and hold relevant committee positions.
General Manager Resignation and Election Situation:
Mr. Wang Bing's resignation as General Manager is effective immediately. Following the board's nomination, Mr. Jiang Xin has been unanimously agreed upon to assume the role of General Manager (resume attached). The board expresses heartfelt thanks to Mr. Wang for his contributions to the Company's development during his tenure as General Manager.
