(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") submitted an application to the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Stock Exchange") on April 13, 2026, for the issuance and listing of overseas listed foreign shares (H Shares) on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuance and Listing"). On the same day, the application materials for the Issuance and Listing were published on the website of the Stock Exchange. These application materials were prepared and published by the Company in accordance with the requirements of the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (hereinafter referred to as the "SFC") and the Stock Exchange.
