2025 Annual Report on the Performance of Accounting Firms and Report on the Audit Committee's Fulfillment of Supervisory Duties
In accordance with the "Company Law," "Securities Law," "Code of Corporate Governance for Listed Companies," "Administrative Measures for the Selection and Appointment of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies," and the "Articles of Association" and "Rules of Procedure for the Board of Directors' Audit Committee" of HUA GONG TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "HUA GONG TECHNOLOGY" or "the Company"), the Company's Board of Directors' Audit Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Audit Committee"), with a principle of diligence and responsibility, has conscientiously performed its duties. The following is a report on the Audit Committee's performance evaluation of the accounting firm for 2025 and its fulfillment of supervisory duties:
I. Basic Information of the Accounting Firm for the 2025 Annual Audit
(I) Basic Information of the Accounting Firm
Daxin Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Daxin CPA") was established in 1985 and converted into a special general partnership in March 2012. Its headquarters are located in Beijing, with its registered address at Room 2206, 22nd Floor, No. 1 Zhichun Road, Haidian District, Beijing. The chief partner is Mr. Xie Zeming. As of December 31, 2025, Daxin CPA had a total of 3,914 employees, including 182 partners and 1,053 certified public accountants. Among the certified public accountants, over 500 have signed audit reports for securities services.
(II) Procedures for Appointing the Annual Audit Accounting Firm
The Audit Committee thoroughly reviewed Daxin CPA's qualifications, professional competence, investor protection capabilities, independence, and integrity. It concluded that Daxin CPA is capable of meeting the company's requirements for financial statement audits and internal control audits and agreed to appoint Daxin CPA as the company's financial reporting and internal control audit institution for 2025, submitting this matter for the Board of Directors' review.
