In 2025, as an independent director of Guangzhou Yuexiu Capital Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), I strictly adhered to the requirements of the Company Law, Securities Law, Guidelines for Corporate Governance of Listed Companies, Measures for the Administration of Independent Directors of Listed Companies, and other relevant laws, regulations, normative documents, as well as the Company's Articles of Association and Independent Director Work System. Liu Zhonghua, a member of the Communist Party of China, holds a master's degree and is a professor at the School of Accounting, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. He currently serves as a council member of the Chinese Accounting Society, vice president of the China Foreign Trade Accounting Society, vice president of the Guangdong Management Accounting Association, executive director of the Guangdong Accounting Society, and vice president of the Guangzhou Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also an independent director of Guangzhou Yuexiu Capital Holdings Group Co., Ltd., Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd., and Guangdong Guangzhou Daily Media Co., Ltd.
