Evaluation Report on the Performance of the Accounting Firm for the Year 2025
Guangzhou Yuexiu Capital Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") held its sixth extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for the year 2025 on December 18, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on the reappointment of the accounting firm, agreeing to reappoint BDO China Shu Lun Pan Certified Public Accountants LLP (hereinafter referred to as "BDO") as the Company's auditing institution for the year 2025.
In accordance with the "Management Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies" (Cai Kuai [2023] No. 4) issued by the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Company has evaluated BDO's performance in conducting audit work for the year 2025. I. Professional Qualifications
BDO was established in 1981 and completed its restructuring on December 22, 2011, becoming a special general partnership accounting firm. BDO's practice certificate was issued by the Beijing Municipal Finance Bureau, with the serial number NO.0014469; it is qualified to engage in securities and futures-related business, auditing for large state-owned enterprises, and financial auditing.
BDO is headquartered in Beijing, with its registered address at 22 Jianguomenwai Avenue, Chaoyang District, Beijing, on the fifth floor of Sait Plaza. The chief partner is Mr. Li Huiqi. As of the end of 2025, BDO has nearly 6,000 practitioners, including 244 partners and 1,361 certified public accountants, with over 400 certified public accountants who have signed audit reports for securities service businesses.
