Daqing Huake Co., Ltd. 2025 Annual Independent Director Performance Report
I, Wang Yong, as an independent director of Daqing Huake Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), strictly adhered to the "Company Law," "Securities Law," "Guidelines on Corporate Governance for Listed Companies," "Measures for the Administration of Independent Directors of Listed Companies," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Main Board Listed Company Self-Regulatory Management Guide No. 1—Normative Operation of Listed Companies on the Main Board," and other relevant laws and regulations, as well as the "Articles of Association" and the "Work System for Independent Directors" during 2025. With a diligent and responsible attitude, I actively attended Company shareholder meetings, board meetings, and special committee meetings. I conscientiously reviewed all proposals submitted to the board of directors, faithfully and diligently performed my duties as an independent director, leveraged the independence and professionalism of an independent director, and provided independent and objective opinions on matters reviewed by the board of directors as required. - Personal Resume and Concurrent Positions Wang Yong: Born in August 1966, Chinese national, with no permanent overseas residency. Holds a postgraduate degree and is an associate professor. Previously served as a teacher at Harbin University of Science and Technology, and as a teacher and deputy director at Harbin University of Science and Technology. Served as Director of the Accounting Department, School of Economics and Management, Harbin University of Science and Technology. Currently a teacher at the School of Economics and Management, Harbin University of Science and Technology. Appointed as an independent director of the Company in May 2020.
