Audit Report on Daqing Huake Co., Ltd.'s Non-operating Fund Occupation and Related Party Fund Transactions
To the shareholders of Daqing Huake Co., Ltd.:
We have audited the 2025 financial statements of Daqing Huake Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Daqing Huake"), including the balance sheet as of December 31, 2025, the income statement, cash flow statement, statement of changes in owners' equity for the year 2025, and the related financial statement notes. We issued an unqualified audit opinion on April 23, 2026, with report number Xin Hui Shi Bao Zi [2026] No. ZK10117.
Daqing Huake's management has prepared the attached summary table of non-operating fund occupation and other related party fund transactions for 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "Summary Table") in accordance with the "Supervision Requirements for Listed Companies' Fund Transactions and External Guarantees" (CSRC Announcement [2022] No. 26) issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the relevant provisions of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Supervision Guidelines No. 1 – Business Handling."
It is the responsibility of Daqing Huake's management to ensure the truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness of the Summary Table. We have cross-checked the information in the Summary Table with the accounting data we audited for Daqing Huake's 2025 financial statements and the disclosures in the audited financial statements. We found no material inconsistencies.
