This legal opinion is issued by Junzhi Law Firm regarding the 2025 Annual Shareholders' Meeting (hereinafter referred to as "the Meeting") of Shanxi Coking Coal Energy Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). The Meeting is scheduled to be held on May 28, 2026 (Thursday) at 10:00 AM in the conference room on the third floor of Shanxi Coking Coal Building, No. 1, Xinjinci Road, Wanbailin District, Taiyuan City.
