( hereinafter referred to as “ Shanxi Coking Coal” ) the financial statements for the year 2025, including 2025 12 31 the consolidated and parent company balance sheet, the consolidated and parent company income statement for the year 2025, the consolidated and parent company cash flow
statement, the consolidated and parent company statement of changes in equity, and related notes to the financial statements. We issued an unqualified audit report numbered [2026] ZA12792 on April 27, 2026.
