Shanxi Coking Coal Energy Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received a notification from independent director Mr. Li Yumin, stating that during his tenure as an independent director at Taiyuan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Taiyuan Heavy Industry"), due to Taiyuan Heavy Industry's suspected violations of information disclosure regulations, the Shanxi Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission has delivered an "Advance Notice of Administrative Penalty" (Jin Zheng Jian Punishment No. [2025] 3) to Taiyuan Heavy Industry. The Shanxi Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission intends to issue a warning to Mr. Li Yumin and impose a fine of 100,000 yuan.
The aforementioned administrative penalty matter is unrelated to the Company and will not affect the Company's daily operations.
