Announcement of Ningxia Zhongyin Rongye Co., Ltd. Regarding the Reply to the Land Consolidation Request from Its Wholly-Owned Subsidiary

1. Content of the Received Reply
On June 5, 2024, Ningxia Zhongyin Rongye Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company")’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Sichuan Xinruiheng Lithium Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinruiheng"), received a reply from the Deyang-Abazhou Ecological Economic Industrial Park Management Committee regarding the request for land consolidation (Deyah Letter [2024] No. 15). The reply stated, "In order to meet the development needs of enterprises in the park, the park has adjusted the 'Deyang-Abazhou Industrial Park Control Detailed Planning' and has canceled Ruogai Road and Ruogai Cross Road. The next step will actively promote the consolidation work to accelerate the land consolidation process, planning to reserve the original three plots of land of Xinruiheng and reallocate the land according to the plan after consolidation."
On June 6, 2024, Xinruiheng responded to the Deyang-Abazhou Ecological Economic Industrial Park regarding the proposed land reservation and subsequent reallocation, requesting further clarification on the above matters.
