(hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Zotye Auto") recently received the "Execution Ruling" [ (2026) Yue 0303 Exec 14947 No. 1] issued by the Shenzhen Luohu District People's Court of Guangdong Province. For the previous situation of this case, please refer to the announcements disclosed by the Company on the CNINFO website (www.cninfo.com.cn) on May 29, 2026, titled "Announcement on Progress of Litigation Matters" (Announcement Number: 2026-036); and on May 12, 2026, titled "Announcement on Judicial Freezing of Part of the Shares in the Asset Disposal Account of the Company's Bankrupt Enterprise" (Announcement Number: 2026-034).
