This asset appraisal report is prepared in accordance with the Basic Standard for Asset Appraisal issued by the Ministry of Finance and the Professional Ethics and Professional Standards for Asset Appraisal issued by the China Appraisal Society.

The client and other asset appraisal report users shall use the asset appraisal report in accordance with the scope of use specified in the laws, administrative regulations, and this asset appraisal report. Zhejiang Yinxin Appraisal Co., Ltd. and its appraisers shall not be held responsible for any violation of the aforementioned provisions by the client or other asset appraisal report users.
This asset appraisal report is for the use of the client, other asset appraisal report users as stipulated in the asset appraisal entrustment contract, and users permitted by laws and administrative regulations. No other institution or individual may use this asset appraisal report.
Zhejiang Yinxin Appraisal Co., Ltd. and its appraisers remind asset appraisal report users that they should correctly understand the appraisal conclusion. The appraisal conclusion is not equivalent to the achievable price of the appraised asset, nor should it be considered a guarantee of the achievable price of the appraised asset.

The client and other relevant parties are legally responsible for the truthfulness, completeness, and legality of the information provided.

Zhejiang Yinxin Appraisal Co., Ltd. and its appraisers have no existing or expected interest relationship with the appraised asset or the assets involved in the asset appraisal report, nor do they have any existing or expected interest relationship with the relevant parties, and are not biased against the relevant parties.

The appraisers have conducted on-site investigations of the appraised asset and the assets involved, paid necessary attention to the legal ownership status of the appraised asset and the assets involved, inspected the legal ownership documents of the appraised asset and the assets involved, disclosed any discovered problems truthfully, and have requested the client and other relevant parties to improve the property rights to meet the requirements for issuing the asset appraisal report.
