As of the date of this announcement, excluding disclosed litigation and arbitration matters, the Company and its subsidiaries have experienced a total of 32 litigation cases in the past twelve months, with a total amount involved of approximately 22.3662 million yuan, accounting for 19.53% of the Company's most recent audited net assets.
