On July 31, 2026, Huadong Medicine Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), along with its wholly-owned subsidiary Hangzhou Sino-American Tianqing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sino-American Tianqing") and Huadong Medicine (Xi'an) Bohua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xi'an Bohua"), participated in the bidding for the 12th batch of national centralized volume-based drug procurement organized by the National Healthcare Security Administration's Centralized Procurement Office (hereinafter referred to as the "Centralized Procurement Office").
According to the "Public Announcement of Preliminary Selection Results for the 12th Batch of National Centralized Volume-Based Drug Procurement" released by the Centralized Procurement Office that evening, the Company's products Cyclosporine Soft Capsules, Tacrolimus Capsules, and Mesalazine Enteric-coated Tablets are preliminarily selected for this national centralized volume-based drug procurement. The Company's above-mentioned preliminarily selected products achieved a total sales revenue of approximately RMB 2.076 billion in 2025, accounting for 4.76% of the Company's total revenue in 2025 and 14.04% of the pharmaceutical industry's operating revenue (including CSO business) for the same period. In the first quarter of 2026, the total sales revenue of these products was approximately RMB 533 million, accounting for 4.76% of the Company's operating revenue for the period and 13.16% of the pharmaceutical industry's operating revenue (including CSO business) for the same period.
