The Board of Directors of China Railway Materials Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received a written resignation report from Mr. Meng Jun Kui. Due to work adjustments, Mr. Meng Jun Kui has applied to resign from his position as Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Company. His original term of office was from September 5, 2024, to September 4, 2027. After his resignation, Mr. Meng Jun Kui will continue to serve as Deputy General Manager of the Company.
