(hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "the Company") held its 2025 Annual Shareholders' Meeting on May 20, 2026, and approved the "Company's 2025 Profit Distribution and Capital Reserve Increase Plan": based on the total share capital of 234,331,485 shares as of December 31, 2025, a cash dividend of RMB 20.00 (tax inclusive) per 10 shares will be distributed to all shareholders. There will be no capital reserve increase or bonus share distribution. The actual cash dividend amount for 2025 is RMB 468,662,970.00.
