I. Introduction to Abnormal Fluctuations in Stock Trading
Huanrui Century Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", Securities Abbreviation: Huanrui Century, Securities Code: 000892) experienced a cumulative increase in its closing price deviation value exceeding 20% for two consecutive trading days (July 10th and July 11th). In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules," this constitutes an abnormal fluctuation in stock trading.
II. Company's Attention to and Verification of Important Issues
Regarding the aforementioned abnormal fluctuations, the Company has investigated relevant matters. The Company's Board of Directors has verified with the Company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and all directors and senior management personnel regarding related issues. The relevant circumstances are hereby described as follows:
(I) On April 23, 2026, the Company disclosed that it had received a "Notice of Case Filing" (Case Filing No. 0152026005) from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). Due to suspected information disclosure violations and irregularities, the CSRC decided to file a case against the Company in accordance with laws and regulations such as the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Administrative Penalty Law of the People's Republic of China." As of the disclosure date of this announcement, the Company has not yet received the final investigation conclusion from the CSRC. The final result of the case filing investigation will be subject to the conclusion issued by the CSRC.
