Announcement of Resolutions of the Third Meeting of the 10th Board of Directors

I. Meeting Information

1. This meeting is the third meeting of the 10th Board of Directors of Huanrui Century Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). The meeting notice was delivered to all directors via email and other means on April 17, 2026.
2. The meeting was held on April 28, 2026, at 14:30 at the 30th floor of Fuzer Life Building, No. 1, Wangjing East Garden, Chaoyang District, Beijing, in a combination of on-site and communication methods.
3. A total of 5 directors were supposed to attend, and all 5 directors were present, including directors Zhao Huiqiang, Zhang Peihua, Wang Yihuan, and Wang Ling attending in person, while director Zhao Zhicheng participated via communication.
4. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Zhao Zhicheng, the chairman of the company. Senior management attended the meeting.
5. The convening of this meeting complies with relevant laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, normative documents, and the Company's Articles of Association.
