I. Overview of External Investment
To expand the business scope and scale, and further enhance the company's overall competitiveness, in accordance with the strategic and business development needs of Weichai Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Weichai Heavy Machinery"), the Company plans to invest in the construction of a high-end power equipment manufacturing base project (hereinafter referred to as "the Project").
The Company's Fourth Extraordinary Board of Directors Meeting in 2026, held on August 10, 2026, deliberated and approved the "Proposal on the Company's Investment in the Construction of a High-end Power Equipment Manufacturing Base Project." The aforementioned proposal had previously been reviewed and unanimously approved by the Company's First Strategic Committee Meeting in 2026.
