Strengthening Development Resilience Through Innovation and Fulfilling Corporate Mission Through Responsibility
Dear colleagues, shareholders, partners, and friends from all sectors of society,
Greetings to you all!
Looking back on 2025, international trade was marked by uncertainty, China's economy embarked on a new journey of development, and the energy revolution accelerated the transition toward a greener future. Meanwhile, the rapid rise of AI reshaped industries across the board. The agriculture and animal husbandry industry in which we operate also accelerated the integration of new technologies, the launch of new products, the exploration of new channels, and expansion into new markets, embracing a future filled with both opportunities and challenges. As a fully integrated enterprise connecting fields to dining tables, New Hope Liuhe has remained committed to its mission of "profiting farmers and benefiting food consumers" while responding to the changes and challenges of the times. Guided by our "wartime culture," we pursued progress while maintaining operational stability: our Feed Sector maintained its global leadership position, the Pig Sector steadily reduced costs and improved efficiency, and our Overseas Sector achieved rapid growth. At the same time, the direction of our "Tree of Hope" ESG strategy became even clearer, and this report presents our sustainability practices and achievements over the past year.
Advancing Through Innovation to Strengthen Development Resilience
We fully embraced the "AI + Agriculture" landscape and leveraged digital and intelligent transformation to drive business innovation. Through the self-developed "Pig Chip" and the establishment of industry partnerships, we continued to strengthen our capabilities in breeding technologies. The "Zhu Xiaoxin" intelligent operation platform not only supports our own lean management, but also helps partner farmers improve efficiency and reduce costs. Driven by scientific and technological innovation, we continued to strengthen the resilience of corporate development. During the year, the Company received nine provincial-, ministerial-, and municipal-level science and technology awards, while 11 national and industry standards led by the Company officially came into effect. The number of users on our feed e-commerce platform exceeded 100,000. Through full-chain quality control covering breeding, feeding, slaughtering, and processing, we achieved a 100% pass rate in market inspections throughout the year, providing consumers with safer, healthier, and more customized product choices.
Moving Toward a Greener Future Through Low-Carbon Development
We continued to optimize our energy structure and accelerate the transition toward clean energy. During the year, newly grid-connected photovoltaic installed capacity reached 4.42 MW, while installed energy storage capacity reached 0.26 MWh. Total operational photovoltaic installed capacity reached 19.64 MW, with an additional 27.57 MW under construction. We also actively promoted the circular agriculture model integrating crop farming and livestock breeding. During the year, 16.32 million tonnes of treated water were recycled for farmland use, and around 98,800 tonnes of fermented organic fertilizer were produced. The Company cumulatively secured certified carbon emission reduction credits totaling 925,100 tonnes. Across our various business segments, we conserved a total of 748,400 tonnes of grain through feed formula optimization, breeding improvements, and scientific feeding practices. Through concrete actions, we continued to bring the philosophy that "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets" into practice and deliver tangible results.
Growing Together for a Better and More Harmonious Future
