On May 29, 2026, the 10th meeting of the 10th Board of Directors was held, during which the proposal for the appointment of the Chief Accountant was approved. Based on the nomination by the General Manager, the Board agreed to appoint Ms. Yun Yuzhen as the Chief Accountant, with her term starting from the date of the Board's approval until the end of the current Board's tenure.
