(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") received the "Decision on the Termination of Stock Listing of Guangdong Haiyin Group Co., Ltd." (Shenzhen Stock Exchange [2024] No. 740) issued by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "SZSE"). Given that the company's stock has been decided to be delisted by the SZSE, in accordance with the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules (2024 Revision)" (hereinafter referred to as "Listing Rules") and the "Implementation Measures for Delisted Companies Entering the Delisting Segment for Transfer," the Company shall promptly carry out relevant work after the stock is delisted to ensure that the company's shares can enter the National Small and Medium Enterprises Share Transfer System Co., Ltd. for management in the delisting segment within 45 trading days after delisting.
