Due to reaching the statutory retirement age, Mr. Wang Junqiao has submitted his resignation to the Company's Board of Directors, resigning from his positions as Chairman, Director, Chairman of the Board's Strategy and ESG Committee, and Member of the Board's Nomination Committee.
