In April 2022, Changzhou Shidao Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Changzhou Shidao") filed 9 lawsuits against Beijing Dagang Gaohong Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Gaohong Technology") and the Company. The Company lost the first instance and appealed to the Changzhou Intermediate People's Court in February 2023. The second instance hearing for these 9 lawsuits was held on June 14, 2023. On April 12, 2024, the Company received 12 cases from the People's Court of Xinbei District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, which are basically consistent with the previously filed 9 lawsuits that have not yet been concluded. On August 5, 2024, the Company received a "Request for Change of Litigation Claims" from the Changzhou Intermediate People's Court; on the same day, the Company received a "Request for Additional Defendants and Change of Litigation Claims" and related evidence materials from the People's Court of Xinbei District, Changzhou City. On August 12, 2024, the People's Court of Xinbei District, Changzhou City, issued 12 "Civil Rulings" agreeing to the plaintiff's (applicant's) property preservation application. At the same time, the Changzhou Intermediate People's Court issued 12 "Civil Rulings" rejecting the Company's jurisdictional objection appeal, maintaining the original ruling. This ruling is a final ruling. On December 30, 2024, the Company received the second-instance judgment from the Changzhou Intermediate People's Court regarding the 9 cases from 2022.
