On August 1, 2024, Tianjin Futong Information Technology Co., Ltd. received the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's decision on the termination of the stock listing (Shenzhen Stock Exchange [2024] No. 625). Given that the Company's stock has been decided to be delisted by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Stock Listing Rules" and the "Implementation Measures for the Transfer of Delisted Companies to the Delisting Section," the Company will ensure that the stock can enter the National Equities Exchange and Quotations system for transfer within forty-five trading days after delisting.
