Dongguan Development Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company")’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangdong Rongtong Financing Leasing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Rongtong Leasing Company"), intends to conduct financing leasing business with Dongguan Port International Air Transport Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dongguan Air Transport Company"). The leased items are specialized logistics equipment owned by Dongguan Air Transport Company, with a principal amount not exceeding 30 million yuan and a term not exceeding 5 years.
Explanation of Related Relationships
Dongguan Air Transport Company is an indirectly controlled subsidiary of the Company’s controlling shareholder, Dongguan Transportation Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Transportation Investment Group"). According to the relevant provisions of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Companies Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 1 - Standard Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," Dongguan Air Transport Company is a related legal entity of the Company, and the financing leasing business between Rongtong Leasing Company and Dongguan Air Transport Company constitutes a related transaction.
