Announcement on the Progress of Litigation (Arbitration) Cases

Important Notice:
- As of the current date, DiDi Environment Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "DiDi Environment") and its holding subsidiaries have initiated litigation and arbitration cases totaling RMB 7.74 billion related to administrative litigation, construction project disputes, and other business matters. The Company and its holding subsidiaries are defendants in cases related to construction project contract disputes and debt litigation, with a total pending amount of RMB 15.85 billion.
The total amount of pending litigation and arbitration cases for the Company and its holding subsidiaries is RMB 23.59 billion, representing 101.66% of the absolute value of the Company's net assets as of the most recent audited period.
- Some litigation cases where the Company and its related subsidiaries were defendants have resulted in judgments or settlements. As of the current date, the total amount of judgments to be executed for these related litigation (arbitration) cases is approximately RMB 8.123 billion.
The Company is currently facing a significant amount of litigation and pending judgments. The Company is actively promoting measures such as strengthening the collection of accounts receivable and disposing of some assets to resolve litigation risks and the pressure of executing subsequent judgments. The Company will fulfill its information disclosure obligations in accordance with regulations based on the progress of the litigation. Investors are advised to pay attention and be aware of investment risks.
I. Progress of Litigation Cases
(I) (2026) Jing 01 Civil Final No. 4368
The Company recently received a civil judgment from the Beijing First Intermediate People's Court ((2026) Jing 01 Civil Final No. 4368), the main content of which is as follows:

Appellee (Original Plaintiff, Counterclaim Defendant): Zhejiang Zhongbo United Engineering Design Co., Ltd.
Original Defendant: Puhua Environmental Protection Co., Ltd.
Original Defendant: Puhua Water Services Technology Group Co., Ltd.
Puhua Water Services (Beijing) Co., Ltd. appealed to the Beijing First Intermediate People's Court against the civil judgment (2025) Jing 0108 Civil First Instance No. 81824 issued by the Haidian District People's Court of Beijing, which was a dispute over a sales contract between the appellant Puhua Water Services (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and the appellee Zhejiang Zhongbo United Engineering Design Co., Ltd., the original defendant Puhua Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., and the original defendant Puhua Water Services Technology Group Co., Ltd.
