The Company has not yet received the relevant legal documents from the court regarding the acceptance of the restructuring application. Therefore, whether the applicant's restructuring application will be accepted by the court and whether the Company will subsequently enter the restructuring procedure is uncertain.
If the court rules to accept the applicant's restructuring application and the restructuring is successfully completed, it will be beneficial to improving the Company's operating and financial conditions and promoting the Company's return to a sustainable development track. However, even if the court rules to accept the restructuring application, there remains a risk of the Company being declared bankrupt and liquidated if the restructuring fails. The "Restructuring Investment Agreement of Tus-Environment Sci-Tech Development Co., Ltd." signed with the industrial investor carries the risk of termination or cancellation due to the occurrence of circumstances stipulated in the agreement. It is also possible that the restructuring investor may fail to perform or timely perform their relevant obligations as agreed in the agreement.
