Special Reminder:

1. The start date for the company's stock entering the delisting adjustment period is June 13, 2023, with the last trading date expected to be July 5, 2023.
2. The company's stock will be delisted on the trading day following the end of the delisting adjustment period.
3. The company's stock will trade for fifteen trading days during the delisting adjustment period. As of the date of this announcement, ten trading days have elapsed, leaving five remaining trading days. The stock will be delisted after this period, and investors are urged to invest cautiously and be aware of risks.
4. During the delisting adjustment period, the company will not plan or implement any major asset restructuring.
5. Investors, securities companies, and other market participants are advised to settle stock pledge repurchase, agreed repurchase, margin financing, transfer, and Shenzhen Stock Connect transactions before the stock is delisted.
6. The SZSE decided to terminate the company's stock listing. According to the relevant provisions of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules (2023 Revision)," the company's stock entered the delisting adjustment period trading starting June 13, 2023.
