The Company has negative audited net assets for the year 2021, and its financial report received an audit opinion that could not be expressed. As a result, the trading of the Company's stock will be subject to delisting risk warning starting from May 6, 2022. On April 29, 2023, the Company disclosed its 2022 annual report, which showed that the audited net assets for the first accounting year after the delisting risk warning was -1.253 billion yuan, and the 2022 financial report also received an audit opinion that could not be expressed, triggering the delisting conditions as per Article 9.3.11, Paragraph 1, Items (2) and (3) of the SZSE's "Stock Listing Rules (2023 Revision)."
