Follow-up Rating Arrangement

China Chengxin International will conduct necessary investigations regarding the relevant matters, analyze them in a timely manner, confirm or adjust the rating results based on the facts, and disclose information in accordance with relevant rules.
- If the necessary materials for follow-up ratings are not provided in a timely manner or are refused, or if other regulatory conditions arise, China Chengxin International may terminate or revoke the rating.

The repayment order of the principal and interest of this bond is after the issuer's ordinary debt and before the issuer's equity capital; this bond is at the same repayment order as other subordinated debts already issued and potentially issued by the issuer in the future. The funds raised from this bond, after deducting issuance costs, are intended for repaying interest-bearing debts.
