Emergency Response Plan for Deposit Business Risks with Baowu Group Finance Co., Ltd.
To effectively prevent, promptly control, and resolve fund risks arising from deposits made by the Company and its subsidiaries/affiliates at Baowu Group Finance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Finance Company"), and to safeguard fund security, in accordance with the requirements of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules (2026 Revision)" and the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Guidance No. 7 - Transactions and Connected Transactions," this risk response plan is hereby formulated.
Chapter 1 Organizational Structure and Responsibilities
Article 1 The Company establishes a Deposit Risk Response Leading Group (hereinafter referred to as the "Leading Group"), headed by the Chairman of the Company, who serves as the primary responsible person for risk response. The General Manager of the Company serves as the deputy head. Members of the Leading Group include the Chief Financial Officer, the Secretary of the Board, and heads of relevant departments such as the Finance Department and the Securities Department. The Leading Group is responsible for organizing the prevention and resolution of deposit risks. No unit or individual shall conceal, delay reporting, falsify, or instigate others to conceal, delay reporting, or falsify information regarding deposit risks.
Article 2 The Leading Group establishes an office, which is located within the Company's Finance Department. The Chief Financial Officer of the Company serves as the Director of the Office and is responsible for daily supervision and management.
