(hereinafter referred to as "Neijiang Pengxiang"), provided guarantees for its subsidiary Tianjin Junhao Automobile Sales Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianjin Junhao") for its financing application with Dongfeng Nissan Auto Finance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Nissan Finance") and signed a "Guarantee Contract".
