Chapter One General Principles
Article 1
To further improve the governance of Shenzhen Dongfang Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), promote the standardization of operations, and regulate the management of compensation for directors and senior management, this management measure is established to advance the Company's strategic goals and align them with expectations.
Article 2
This measure applies to the following personnel: (1) All directors of the Company, including independent and non-independent directors (including part-time directors); (2) Senior management personnel of the Company, including those holding senior management positions.
