I. Board Meeting Convened
On August 10, 2026, Guangdong Zhongnan Steel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the 4th extraordinary meeting of the 10th Board of Directors. The meeting was attended by 7 directors, with 0 votes against and 0 abstentions, and it approved the "Proposal on the Appointment of a Vice President." Due to operational needs, upon the nomination of Mr. Lan Yin, Director and President of the Company, and after the qualification review by the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Liu Jinbo as the Company's Vice President (his resume is attached). His term of office will be the same as that of the 10th Board of Directors, commencing from the date of the Board's approval.
