Liu Teng, male, born in XXX, served as the acting chairman, legal representative, and acting board secretary of Huaze Cobalt Nickel, residing at XXX, Shijingshan District, Beijing.
Qi Zhongping, male, born in XX, served as a director and general manager of Huaze Cobalt Nickel, residing at No. 1, Jinye Road, Gaoxin District, Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, 14th Floor, Metropolitan Gate, Building A.
Chai Xiongwei, male, born in XX, served as a director and deputy general manager of Huaze Cobalt Nickel, residing at XXX, Anding District, Dingxi City, Gansu Province.

According to the relevant provisions of the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "Securities Law"), the CSRC conducted an investigation and hearing regarding Huaze Cobalt Nickel's violations of information disclosure. The parties were informed of the facts, reasons, basis for the administrative penalty, and their rights under the law. Huaze Cobalt Nickel did not submit any statements or defenses, nor did it request a hearing. At the request of Liu Teng, Qi Zhongping, Chai Xiongwei, Zhang Zhiwei, and Wu Jian, a hearing was held on May 8, 2019, to listen to the statements and defenses of the parties and their representatives. The investigation and hearing have now concluded.
