The Company’s stock entered the delisting adjustment period on May 27, 2019, and will be delisted after 30 trading days, with the last trading day being July 8, 2019. As of the date of this announcement (including the announcement date), the trading on the 30th trading day, July 8, 2019, will be the last trading day for the Company’s stock during the delisting adjustment period, after which it will be delisted.
