Resignation of Employee Representative Director
Shenyang Huitian Thermal Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has recently received a written resignation report from Mr. Wu Chao, the employee representative director. Mr. Wu has applied to resign from his position due to a job transfer. Following his resignation, Mr. Wu will no longer hold any position in the Company or its controlling subsidiaries. Mr. Wu's original term as employee representative director was from December 24, 2025, to September 10, 2026. According to the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the Self-Regulatory Guidelines for Listed Companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange No. 1 - Standard Operations for Main Board Listed Companies, and the Articles of Association of Shenyang Huitian Thermal Power Co., Ltd., Mr. Wu's resignation will not result in the number of board members falling below the legal minimum and will not affect the normal operation of the board or the Company's regular business activities. His resignation will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Wu does not hold any shares in the Company and has no outstanding commitments.
