Legal Opinion on Gansu Yatai Industrial Development Co., Ltd.'s 2026 Second Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting
Beijing Deheng (Lanzhou) Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as "this firm") was entrusted by Gansu Yatai Industrial Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yatai Industrial," "your company," or "the company") to appoint lawyers Li Zongfeng and Hu Huichun (hereinafter referred to as "the firm's lawyers") to attend your company's 2026 Second Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting (hereinafter referred to as "this meeting") and issue a legal opinion on the legality of this meeting.
