On December 26, 2025, the Company received the Civil Ruling No. (2025) Gan 01 Po 5 from the Lanzhou Intermediate Court, which approved the "Reorganization Plan of Gansu Asia-Pacific Industrial Development Co., Ltd." and terminated the Company's reorganization procedure.
