As the custodian manager for Northeast Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Northeast Securities", "the Company", "the Issuer") bonds including "23 Dongbei 01", "24 Dongbei C1", "24 Dongbei C2", "24 Dongbei 01", "24 Dongbei 02", "24 Dongbei 03", "24 Dongbei 04", "24 Dongbei 05", and "25 Dongbei 01", Soochow Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Soochow Securities") has prepared this interim report on custodian services in accordance with the "Administrative Measures for the Issuance and Trading of Corporate Bonds", the "Code of Conduct for Custodian Managers of Corporate Bonds", the "Custodian Agreement for Northeast Securities Co., Ltd. 2023 Publicly Issued Corporate Bonds for Professional Investors", the "Custodian Agreement for Northeast Securities Co., Ltd. 2024 Subordinated Bonds Publicly Issued for Professional Investors", the "Custodian Agreement for Northeast Securities Co., Ltd. 2025 Publicly Issued Corporate Bonds for Professional Investors", relevant regulations, public disclosure documents, professional opinions from third-party intermediaries, and explanatory documents and relevant materials provided by the Issuer.
