(hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "this Company") held the 2026 20th Executive Office Meeting on June 18, 2026, and deliberated and approved the "Proposal on Amendments to Xinxin Xiangrong (Tianjin) Artificial Intelligence Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership)". I. Investment Overview
On June 4, 2026, the Company held the 2026 19th Executive Office Meeting and deliberated and approved the "Proposal on Joint Investment by Wholly-owned Subsidiary and Professional Institutional Investor". Beijing Huaxia Visual Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Huaxia"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, invested RMB 30 million of its own funds, jointly with Beijing Huagai Chuangying Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huagai Chuangying"), in Xinxin Xiangrong (Tianjin) Artificial Intelligence Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as the "Partnership" or "Xinxin Xiangrong Fund"). The total committed capital of Xinxin Xiangrong Fund is RMB 14,350 million. Beijing Huaxia serves as a limited partner, with a committed capital of RMB 3,000 million, accounting for 20.91%.
