Announcement on Re-appointment of 2026 Audit Firm

Zidu Stock Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the 17th meeting of the 10th Board of Directors on May 19, 2026, and deliberated and passed the "Proposal on Re-appointing the 2026 Audit Firm." It was agreed to re-appoint Tianheng Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Tianheng Firm") as the Company's financial audit firm and internal control audit firm for 2026. The term of engagement is one year, and the audit fee for 2026 is RMB 2.3 million (tax inclusive), of which the financial audit fee is RMB 2 million (tax inclusive) and the internal control audit fee is RMB 300,000 (tax inclusive).
