I. Overview of the Agreement Transfer of Shares

On June 15, 2022, the company received a notice from Southern Capital - Ningbo Bank - Contemporary Oriental Directed Issuance Special Asset Management Plan (hereinafter referred to as "Southern Capital"), a shareholder holding more than 5%. Based on the duration and investment exit plan of the Contemporary Oriental Directed Issuance Special Asset Management Plan, on June 15, 2022, Southern Capital signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with individual investor Cui Bo, intending to transfer its 93,938,052 shares (11.90% of the company's total share capital) to Cui Bo through an agreement transfer.
