1. Main Content of the Warning Letter
On October 20, 2020, Sunshine City Group Co., Ltd. made a supplementary guarantee commitment for a loan of 294.62 million yuan provided by Jinan Xingtie Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) to Pingtan Xingqihe Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. This guarantee was not reviewed by the board of directors or the shareholders' meeting, nor was there a timely information disclosure obligation fulfilled.
