- As of May 31, 2023, the closing price of Sunshine City Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has been below 1 RMB per share for thirteen consecutive trading days, and it is expected to remain below 1 RMB per share for twenty consecutive trading days. According to Article 9.2.1 of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Rules, the company's stock may be terminated from listing on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
- In accordance with Article 9.2.3 of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Rules, the company must disclose a risk warning announcement regarding the potential termination of its stock listing due to the stock price being below par value. This announcement will be issued daily until the situation is resolved or until the Shenzhen Stock Exchange makes a decision regarding the termination of the company's stock listing.
