Announcement on Administrative Penalty Received by Actual Controller for Historical Disclosure Violations of Longjing Environmental Protection

Sunshine City Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") disclosed on May 16, 2023, that its actual controller, Wu Jie, received an announcement from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) regarding historical information disclosure violations by Fujian Longjing Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. (stock code: 600388.SH) (Announcement No. 2023-072). On July 8, 2023, the Company disclosed the advance notice of administrative penalty from the CSRC Fujian Regulatory Bureau (Fujian Securities Regulatory Letter [2023] No. 259) (Announcement No. 2023-073). On July 11, the Company received a notification from the actual controller stating that he had received the administrative penalty decision from the CSRC Fujian Regulatory Bureau ([2023] No. 2), with specific details as follows:

According to relevant provisions of the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "Securities Law"), our bureau conducted an investigation and hearing on the illegal information disclosure behavior of ST Longjing and its former actual controller Wu Jie, and legally informed the parties of the facts, reasons, basis for the administrative penalty, and the rights entitled to the parties. The parties did not provide statements or defenses and did not request a hearing. The investigation and hearing have now concluded.
