Special Reminder: On October 24, 2023, Jingwei Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. received the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's (hereinafter referred to as "SZSE") "Decision on the Termination of Stock Listing for Jingwei Textile Machinery Co., Ltd." (Shenzhen Stock Exchange [2023] No. 1002), agreeing to the Company's voluntary termination of its stock listing. The Company's stock will be delisted on October 26, 2023.
On October 24, 2023, the Company received the SZSE's "Decision on the Termination of Stock Listing for Jingwei Textile Machinery Co., Ltd." (Shenzhen Stock Exchange [2023] No. 1002). Given that the Company's stock has been decided to be delisted by the SZSE, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules (Revised August 2023)" and the "Implementation Measures for the Transfer of Delisted Companies to the Delisting Sector," the Company shall promptly carry out relevant work after the stock is delisted to ensure that its shares can enter the National Equities Exchange and Quotations system (hereinafter referred to as "NEEQ") within 45 trading days after delisting, relying on the original securities company's entrusted share transfer system for management in the delisting sector.
