On June 3, 2026, the Company held the 27th meeting of the 10th Board of Directors, where the proposal regarding the appointment of the Vice General Manager was approved. The Board agreed to appoint Mr. Qiu Xiaoming as the Vice General Manager, with a term starting from the date of this Board's approval until the end of the current Board's tenure.
